The frequency of inspections is up to you, but typically we would visit your home once per week and do a detailed walk through of the interior and exterior of the house. After every inspection, we will send you an electronic record of the visit, verification of the things checked, and issues identified with photos or videos. These reports will be time stamped, signed by the inspector and show that the inspection was done at your property. Each property is unique, so in our initial consultation, we will develop an inspection plan that meets your requirements.
As an optional service, there may be times when you want us to be present or to arrange for work to be completed while you are away. Just tell us your needs and we will work to accommodate you. Our goal is to make your time away from your home as worry free as possible!
In the past, it was common to ask a neighbor or friend to keep and eye on your house while you are away. The advantage of having a professional service is peace of mind. We take this responsibility very seriously and have take the extra step of becoming accredited with the National Home Watch Association.
