Home Watching Services can go by many names.  Home Check, House Check, Second Home Services, Absentee Home Services, Property Check,  Property Watch, Concierge, Property solutions, House Sitting are all ways of describing what we call Home Watching Service.  What all these terms have in common is the idea that your home is being looked after when you are away.  The agreed upon definition is “a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues”.  However, having your home inspected by us really means peace of mind.  When we check your home, you get a report every time that shows the time and date of the inspection as well as confirmation that we were actually at your house.  That report will list everything we checked and have photo and/or video of issues found.  Giving you the chance to make sure problems are taken care of in a timely manner.

If you require, we can do more.  Our concierge services cover pre-storm prep and post-storm inspection.  We can help you find reputable contractors for work you would like performed and be present to make sure the work is done to your satisfaction.
